RETURNS:

All items sold by eRinaRich.com may be set up for return within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.** eRinaRich.com may accept returns after the 15 day period on a case by case bases.

After your return is set up, your item must be received back in the eRinaRich.com warehouse within 20 days.

Items must be returned in the same condition as received and contain all original materials (packaging) included with shipment.

** After inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse the purchase price of the item, less original shipping costs. All non defective items are subject to a restocking fee of $5.95 per item.

All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for purchase. Please Contact Us to initiate the return process and we'll contact you within 24 hours with return instructions.

If you receive a product that is defective, you may return your product for a replacement or refund. Your shipping charges and restocking fee will be waived.
